Lambsquater is in the air here in Saint Louis today so I thought I would choose this as the allergen of the day. This weed is in the Goosefoot family and is also called pigweed. It's pollen is present midsummer until October typically. It is also edible, both the leaves and stems, and can be cooked like kale or collard greens.
